The company has a number of specialized rubber processing equipment, mainly including SJS-75 * 180 double-stage extruder, SJSZ80 conical twin-screw extruder, L-200 / L-500 high-mixing machine and other sets; main testing The equipment includes tensile tester, ECSR tester, double roll tester, universal sample making machine, flat vulcanizer, high resistance meter, oxygen index meter, etc. The production capacity is 7,000 tons / year. The company strictly produces according to GB / T 8815-2008 "Soft PVC for Wires and Cables" and GB / T 15065-2009 "Black Polyethylene for Wires and Cables".
